Seasonal Team Supervisor

Job Summary:

In this role, you will help move seasonal merchandise throughout the store and ensure our products are ready for our customers during major holidays. Your skills in product knowledge, problem-solving, and merchandising will be essential as we prepare for busy seasons. This is a full-time position with excellent opportunities to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently move and organize seasonal merchandise throughout the store, ensuring displays are stocked and well-maintained.
• Assist in preparing the store for major holidays by understanding product knowledge, identifying trends, and positioning seasonal items effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing product inquiries, guiding customers to the right merchandise, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seasonal stock is replenished in a timely maer and store layout is optimized for customer convenience.
• Monitor merchandise for any damages, quality concerns, or out-of-stock items and report to management for timely resolution.
• Help with setting up and taking down promotional displays as needed.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment for all associates and customers.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous retail or merchandising experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, especially during peak seasons.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new product knowledge.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move merchandise for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Salary:

• Hourly wage: $21 - $32 per hour, with performance-based incentives.
