Job Duties and Responsibilities of Equipment Operator:

• Perform a variety of preventative maintenance tasks, including regular inspections and cleaning, to keep material handling and building equipment functioning smoothly.
• Follow established guidelines and standardized processes to bring malfunctioning equipment back into operation.
• Make use of technical illustrations, such as blueprints and schematics, to effectively carry out repairs and upkeep on equipment.
• Solve complex equipment problems that caot be fixed right away, requiring more time and effort.
• Support the facility by working closely with operations members and other technical staff.
• Utilization of a CMMS software solution facilitates efficient management of workloads by allowing for the recording and tracking of work orders, asset history, and inventory usage.
• Learn how to effectively articulate your message when engaging with people, whether it be in person, via email or through other written forms of communication.
• Handle material and operate powerful machinery using specialized equipment.
• Conduct preventive measures and repair tasks on diverse types of machines and gadgets to ensure their efficient performance.

Qualifications and Experience of Equipment Operator:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience, including expertise in electronic technology, is required for potential candidates.
• Must have at least one year of practical experience in either industrial refrigeration or HVAC, and a firm resolve to attain and uphold all mandatory certifications.
