Job Summary of Pharmacy Floor Associate:

Our pharmacy associates work tirelessly to meet the requirements of our patrons, who entrust us with their prescriptions and medical concerns. They ensure the highest level of customer service at our in-person pharmacies.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Pharmacy Floor Associate:

• Provides assistance to vendors, purchasers, and team members by delivering excellent customer service, tracking down misplaced merchandise and fixtures, addressing inquiries related to policies and protocols, and supporting associates in their tasks and initiatives.
• Through due diligence in following safety procedures and closely observing suppliers, the assistant helps uphold a safe and secure environment on the floor.
• Maintaining a clean workplace is achieved by performing general housekeeping duties, recycling materials, and communicating proper disposal procedures to suppliers.
• Guaranteeing the accurate shipment of merchandise involves registering the arrivals, properly categorizing the products, and authenticating the dispatches.
• Offers suppliers comprehensive assistance in managing their delivery operations, including dealing with lost freight, resolving claims, and researching incorrectly delivered merchandise.
• Contributes to team success by sharing resources, coordinating work assignments, and providing helpful feedback.
• Constructs and operationalizes procedures and methods to meet industry demands.
• Enforces adherence to the company's ethical values, standards, and policies.

Qualifications and Experience of Pharmacy Floor Associate:

• The participation in this activity is restricted to people who have completed 18 years of age or older.
• It is highly recommended to have prior involvement in a pharmacy or customer service position for this role.
• Aptitude to manage multiple responsibilities and operate competently in a speedy environment.
• The significance of strong communication and organizational skills is evidenced in successful teams.

Salary:

Prospective employees can anticipate an hourly wage between $16 and $23 for this position

Hourly compensation provided to employees will match or exceed the minimum wage required in the job's geographic area. Furthermore, incentives based on employee performance may be provided aually or quarterly. Compensation of between $0.35 and $3.00 may be provided depending on specific circumstances.
