Job Summary of Member Frontline Cashier:

As a Member Frontline Cashier at Sam's Club, you are pivotal in creating positive member experiences at the front end of the store. You will greet members, process transactions, and assist with their inquiries, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Member Frontline Cashier:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and thanking members.
• Operate registers and assist with self-checkout processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Ensure safety by conducting facility safety sweeps and adhering to company policies.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
• Process member payments and transactions efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications and Experience of Member Frontline Cashier:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Prioritize member satisfaction and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Capability to stand for extended periods and handle physical demands of the role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
