Job Summary of Hourly Supervisor & Training:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Hourly Supervisor & Training:

• Provide leadership, training, and support to associates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by greeting and assisting customers.
• Monitor department standards and merchandise availability.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals.
• Plan and prepare for upcoming events affecting the department.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels using basic math skills.

Qualifications and Experience of Hourly Supervisor & Training:

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and take direction at all levels.
• Experience in retail or supervisory roles is a plus.

Salary:

• Hourly wage range: $16.00 to $36.00.
• Additional compensation through premiums ($0.35 to $3.00 per hour) based on schedule, location, and work performed.
