Whether working as a Cashier or in the Cart and Janitorial team, you represent the face of Walmart, managing transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting overall store operations to uphold Walmart's commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Service Associate:

• Greet customers warmly and maintain a friendly demeanor to create positive interactions.
• Scan items efficiently, ensure accurate transaction management, and assist customers with inquiries.
• Keep the checkout area clean and organized by tidying up after each customer and performing regular deep cleans.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Collect shopping carts and maintain cleanliness in parking areas, restrooms, and sales floors.
• Safely operate equipment for cart transportation and maintain store aesthetics.

Qualifications and Experience of Customer Service Associate:

• A positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions for Cart and Janitorial roles.
• Previous retail experience is beneficial but not required.
