Job Summary of Beverage Sales Cashier:

Your contribution as a Cashier at Sam's Club is crucial in promoting safety and efficiency while delivering exceptional service to members. Among your key duties, you will maintain the presentation of merchandise, operate hardware, and manage the sales floor according to company rules. Your responsibilities in this role will also involve handling cash and overseeing liquor sales.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Beverage Sales Cashier:

• In order to maintain a safe facility, it is crucial to adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and recommendations, including executing safety assessments and acknowledging any hazardous circumstances.
• Ensure extraordinary customer satisfaction by offering assistance with purchasing decisions, locating products, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services.
• Maintain the merchandise presentation by keeping the shelves stocked, designing captivating displays for customers, organizing the products strategically, and taking care of any defects.
• Enhance sales in the liquor section by responsibly handling claims, properly zoning the area, and maintaining compliance with all alcohol sales policies.
• Utilize equipment such as cash registers and related devices to execute transactions, process refunds, and manage exchanges.
• Along with maintaining the register, ensure you handle cash, payments, and returns as per company guidelines and protocols.
• Comply with the enterprise's and state's guidelines and laws governing the sale of alcoholic drinks, which involve taking precautions to safeguard the items, validating the member's identity, and accomplishing the necessary documentation.

Schedule:

• The pay range for each hour's work is between $16.00 and $23.00.
• Ranges in Extra Compensation: Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour are made available to workers dependent upon their job type, years of experience and location.

Qualifications and Experience of Beverage Sales Cashier:

• Individuals who have reached the age of 18 or above are allowed to participate.
