Human Resources Clerical

Job Summary:

This position offers exciting opportunities in clerical and administrative roles including Service Shop and Maintenance Clerk, Quality Assurance, and System Operator. In this full-time position, you'll support our supply chain operations while contributing to a smooth and efficient process. Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative tasks in support of the supply chain operations, including maintaining records, data entry, and system updates.
• Support quality assurance efforts by ensuring the accuracy of documents, inventory, and other critical information.
• Work closely with the Human Resources team to assist with payroll, employee records, and other HR-related duties.
• Operate and maintain systems that track and report on supply chain performance.
• Assist in the coordination of office activities, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other logistical needs.
• Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
• Review and verify documents and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Contribute to a safe and clean working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to tasks.
