Job Summary:

As a Store Manager at Walmart, you will lead and develop store teams, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Your role includes driving financial performance, managing store operations, and fostering a positive work environment. You will implement business solutions, model high standards of customer service, and guide teams to achieve sales and profitability goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop store teams through training, feedback, and effective communication.
• Model exceptional customer service and manage customer service initiatives.
• Drive financial performance by analyzing P&L statements, managing budgets, and optimizing inventory and merchandise presentation.
• Supervise and mentor hourly associates, setting clear expectations and providing opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards of ethics, and integrity.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities selling firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training is required. For facilities selling ammunition, a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility may be needed.
• Must complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or similar qualifications through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management and hiring.

Salary:

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 aually
Additional compensation includes aual or quarterly performance bonuses and may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), Sales Volume Category (SVC), and Complex Structure adjustments based on specific factors.
