Orderfiller / Loader / Unloader

Job Summary:

As a Freight Handler at Walmart Supply Chain, you'll be essential in moving products through our distribution network to ensure our stores are well-stocked and customers receive the products they expect at everyday low prices. The role is physically demanding and requires working in varying climates with a strong focus on safety and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and process freight safely and accurately through the facility to the stores.
• Load, unload, order fill, pack, and/or process freight in a timely maer.
• Report unsafe working conditions, damaged products, or improper procedures to management.
• Use freight handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of freight.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse or freight handling is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and operate equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

Salary:

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $22.05 to $25.55, with additional compensation based on performance and specific circumstances.
