Job Summary:
Sam’s Club, a division of Walmart, is seeking for Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, and Freight Flow roles. This role involves leading teams, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless experience for members. Team Managers play a key role in fostering a strong company culture, implementing strategic initiatives, and empowering associates to perform at their best.

Qualifications and Experience:
- 2 or more years of college OR 1 year of retail experience with 6 months of supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience with 1 year of supervisory experience OR 1 year of Sam’s Club experience OR 3 years of military experience.
- Preferred experience in environmental compliance, profit and loss management, warehouse operations, or supervisory roles.

Salary:
- Annual salary range: $62,000 - $84,000.
- Additional compensation may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) adjustments.
