Advertising Sales Senior Partner

Job Summary

Walmart Connect is looking for a strategic and results-driven professional to create custom advertising solutions that address customer needs. This role involves collaborating across teams, managing financial performance, leveraging data-driven insights, and fostering strong client relationships to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing multiple business plans while developing and leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute custom advertising solutions based on short-term and long-term client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and drive results.
• Manage financial performance, including revenue generation, budgeting, and cost efficiency.
• Utilize data analytics to assess challenges, evaluate solutions, and optimize sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Lead and support multiple business plans and projects, ensuring operational effectiveness.
• Provide mentorship and development opportunities for associates, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Promote company values and ethical standards while ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related area, or a Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand advertising, media sales, customer acquisition, search, mobile, or online sales.
• 5+ years of experience in shopper marketing, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
• 5+ years of experience managing client accounts and advising C-suite clients.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and strategic problem-solving.

Salary

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000 - $234,000. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock options.
