Job Duties and Responsibilities of Meat Cutter and Wrapper:

• Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team and adapt to business needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of business on the floor, backroom operations, product safety standards, and sanitation guidelines. Prepare meat products and maintain product quality standards.
• Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement. Adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Ensure operational excellence, maintaining work areas and quality standards for meat products. Assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure merchandise is packaged and stored according to company policies.
• Advocate for the department and club by valuing the member’s experience and modeling high-quality service and products.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Use the Open Door Policy and adapt to feedback.

Qualifications and Experience of Meat Cutter and Wrapper:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

• Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $24.00 (actual rate may exceed the required minimum wage).
• Additional compensation in premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, location, and work performed.
