Advertising Sales Senior Manager

Job Summary

This role involves owning the account strategy, execution, and revenue growth from key advertisers while leading and developing a high-performing sales and account management team. The ideal candidate will leverage industry expertise to drive business growth, build client relationships, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance Walmart Connect’s advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth while strategically developing the business for future success.
• Lead, train, and manage a highly consultative sales and services team.
• Develop customized marketing solutions based on client needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent Walmart Connect professionally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign execution and resolve escalations.
• Conduct quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development.
• Work with Product Marketing to influence product development based on client needs.
• Promote Walmart Connect’s solutions at industry events and conferences.
• Effectively forecast and allocate resources to drive profitable business results.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years of experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Proven success in revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnerships.
• Strong understanding of advertising technology and performance measurement trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate insights into client value.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior marketing decision-makers.
• Track record of leading change and achieving operational excellence.

Salary

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock options.
