Cake Decorator

Job Summary:

Enhance the bakery department by delivering high-quality cake decoration services. Work collaboratively with associates to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain inventory, and uphold company standards for freshness, safety, and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory levels, reduce waste, and meet business needs.
• Plan and execute bakery production while ensuring quality, consistency, and accuracy in decorative designs.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines while operating and maintaining bakery equipment.
• Use digital tools to optimize production, ordering, and training processes.
• Monitor bakery performance, ensuring freshness, proper date control, and seasonal demand preparation.
• Assist customers with purchasing decisions and resolve any concerns professionally.
• Promote brand excellence by maintaining high service standards and training team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 6+ months of experience in a fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of required training and assessments within the designated timeframe.
• Experience in cake decorating.

Salary:

Hourly wage range: $17.00 - $24.00
