Asset Protection Associate

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by adhering to established safety protocols, conducting safety inspections, and addressing potential hazards. The position requires vigilance in monitoring activities, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with company safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular safety sweeps and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Follow proper procedures for handling hazardous materials and ensure compliance with disposal regulations.
• Monitor facility security by observing and reporting suspicious activities.
• Assist in investigations, maintain accurate records, and execute emergency response procedures as required.
• Ensure compliance with company safety guidelines, including forklift spotting procedures and steel standard regulations.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and respect by supporting colleagues and maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to follow established safety protocols and respond to emergency situations.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Experience in security, safety, or related fields is preferred but not required.

Salary:

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $27.00, with additional premiums based on work schedule and responsibilities.
