Cart Attendant

Job Summary:

At Walmart, you will ensure that customers have a great first and last impression of our store by gathering carts from the parking lot, operating equipment to move carts inside the store, and maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the shopping carts. This role requires a positive attitude, regardless of weather conditions!

Responsibilities:

• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and transport them inside the store.
• Operate equipment such as cart pushers to efficiently move carts.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of carts, ensuring they are customer-ready.
• Provide excellent customer service by creating a positive experience for customers.
• Work in all weather conditions to ensure that carts are readily available for customers.

Qualifications and Experience:

• No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and be proactive in completing tasks.
• Must be able to lift and push carts as required by the role.

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $15 to $23 per hour.

Salary:
