Job Summary of Regional Facility Worker:

In this position, you will be required to manage facility maintenance tasks, such as trash removal and cleaning, as well as staying on top of merchandise processing and inventory control at Walmart.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Regional Facility Worker:

• Interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues through spoken and written communication methods.
• To maintain a safe and clean environment, it's essential to monitor and manage trash levels, dispose of cardboard responsibly and conduct equipment checks.
• Optimize the processing of goods by shifting pallets and verifying efficient box quantities for order fillers to work with.
• Ensure facility cleanliness by performing necessary maintenance tasks, such as operating equipment and cleaning various areas.
• You have a responsibility as an employee to speak up about potential hazards in the workplace, including unsafe conditions or maintenance issues, to keep everyone safe.

Salary:

• For every hour of work, you can expect to receive a wage ranging from $19.60 to $23.10.
• Supplementary Payment: Additional monetary compensations granted for exceptional work performance and provided in the form of bonuses and incentives, which can be worth between $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, and are dependent on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks performed.
