Personal Shopper
Job Summary of Personal Shopper:
Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working to meet Membership goals. Maintains safety by adhering to standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps and proper handling of hazardous materials. Fulfills Member orders and ensures accuracy in order picking, wrapping, and palletizing. Assists with Member needs by promoting products, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Personal Shopper:
- Provide information on Membership benefits, process Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
- Participate in sales and marketing events to support Membership growth.
- Ensure safety by conducting safety sweeps, adhering to guidelines, and reporting unsafe conditions.
- Fulfill Member Fax ’n Pull and Click ’n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, and palletizing items.
- Assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and resolve Member issues and concerns.
- Collaborate with managers, co-workers, and customers to complete work assignments and meet expectations.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ethics and integrity standards.

Salary:
- Hourly wage range: $18.00 to $25.00*
- Additional compensation may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, location, or specific work performed.
