Job Summary of Beauty Product Checkout Clerk:

Walmart's Cosmetics Cashier is critical to ensuring that our customers leave the store happy and satisfied. You will be responsible for handling transactions, keeping the store clean and orderly, and helping with cart management, among other duties. All of this necessitates the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced context, as well as excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Beauty Product Checkout Clerk:

• Put on a happy face, greet clients warmly and conclude the conversation with a sincere thank you.
• Providing quick and accurate checkout services to customers while standing for prolonged periods.
• Maintaining cleanliness in your area is not only hygienic but also visually appealing.
• Work to maintain strong relationships with customers by consistently providing high-quality service.
• Stay alert to requests from teammates and provide assistance in any section of the store.
• The quality of the first and last impression a customer has can significantly impact their overall experience with a business.
• Round up the unattended carts from the outdoor lot.
• Move carts from the outdoor space to the indoor area of the store through the use of machinery.
• Regularly perform cleaning duties on the restroom, salesfloor, and parking lot as per company standards.
• Even the toughest weather can be faced with a positive attitude.

Qualifications and Experience of Beauty Product Checkout Clerk:

• A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service can give you an edge.
• Displaying impressive interactions skills and a can-do attitude.
• Capacity to remain standing for long durations and execute physically demanding tasks.
• Expertise to heft and transfer weighty loads (up to 50 pounds).
• The expertise to maintain physical stamina while standing, bending, and stretching for prolonged durations.
• Fluent handling of mobile devices and elementary math proficiency.
