Job Summary of Fulfillment Coordinator:

Effective freight handling is necessary for a Walmart Freight Handler since this position is responsible for receiving, unloading, processing, order-filling, and shipping, with a focus on safety and operational protocols.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Fulfillment Coordinator:

• Take charge of freight handling duties such as receiving, unloading, processing, fulfilling orders, and dispatching products.
• In every duty, it is essential to maintain safety and operational standards to ensure compliance.
• Encouraging open dialogue and feedback from team members and supervisors can lead to a more collaborative and iovative work environment.
• Implement an inventory management system to aid in precise tracking.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that seek to improve operational effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience of Fulfillment Coordinator:

• Having a high school diploma or its comparable alternative is preferable for this role.
• If you have previously worked in freight handling or warehouse operations, it could be advantageous for this role.
• Skill in lifting and moving weighty items as per demand.
• Being highly attentive to minor details while keeping safety as the topmost priority.

Salary:

The hourly remuneration for this job falls within the bracket of $18.70 to $22.20

One may avail of other forms of compensation such as performance-based bonuses offered every quarter or aually, as well as premium pay based on certain factors.
